Wild bees need more advocates and admirers like you, Kate. We are annihilating their population at an alarming rate.

The sun came out here this afternoon after a dull morning, and I've just seen another tiny tawny mining bee on a dandelion! Was great.
Dandelions really are having a fabulous year aren't they? I don't think I've ever seen so many!
i went out for a walk this morning, and for part of it was next to a very busy main road, and the number of dandelions was incredible! :o
That's where I've noticed so many too. I have a short video I'll be sharing on my next post... dandelions for days!! 😍
